A Phase 3 Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of KarXT for the Treatment of Schizophrenia in Adolescents (13 to 17 years of age)

This study is looking into a new medicine called KarXT for teenagers (aged 13-17) who have schizophrenia. Researchers want to see if KarXT can help improve symptoms and if it is safe to use. Some teens will get KarXT, and others will get a dummy medicine.
