This study looks at giving tiny babies medicine before a procedure called LISA (Less Invasive Surfactant Administration). LISA helps babies with breathing problems by putting medicine into their lungs. The study wants to see if this 'pre-medicine' helps prevent any problems during the LISA procedure.
