Aciclovir for HSV-2 MENingitis: A double-blinded randomised controlled trial (AMEN)
This study is looking at whether a medicine called aciclovir can help people with meningitis caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV-2). It's a follow-up study (Phase IV) to see if the treatment works well in everyday medical care and to learn more about its effects.

Chemoimmunotherapy in conjunction with blood-brain-barrier opening in patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed primary central nervous system lymphoma
This study looks at new ways to treat a rare type of brain lymphoma in adults. It combines chemotherapy with newer immune-boosting drugs. Doctors want to see if this treatment helps patients live longer, whether they are newly diagnosed or if their cancer has returned.
