Phase 2/3 Study of KPL-387 in Recurrent Pericarditis
This study is testing a new medicine, KPL-387, for people with recurrent pericarditis, a condition causing chest pain and inflammation around the heart. We want to see if it's safe and helps reduce symptoms and prevent the problem from coming back.

Transition to KPL-387 Monotherapy Dosing & Administration Study
This study looks at how people with recurrent pericarditis can safely switch from their usual medicines to a new drug called KPL-387. It checks if the new drug works well and if patients experience any side effects.
