Investigating the Effects of Krill Oil on the Recovery From Muscle Damaging Exercise: a Randomised Controlled Trial
This study looks at how krill oil might help muscles recover after exercise, especially in people aged 60 and over. Participants will take krill oil or a comparison oil, do some exercises, and have their muscle strength and recovery checked over several weeks.
