PK Subtrial in Adolescent Patients With HAE Type I or II Participating in the KVD900-302 Trial
This study is for young people aged 12-17 with hereditary angioedema (HAE) types 1 or 2 who are already in another KVD900 study. It looks at how the body handles the medicine KVD900 to make sure we understand it better for this age group.

An Open-label Extension Trial to Evaluate the Long-term Safety of KVD900 (Sebetralstat) for On-Demand Treatment of Angioedema Attacks in Adolescent and Adult Patients With Hereditary Angioedema (HAE)
This study is looking into the long-term safety of a new medication, KVD900 (Sebetralstat), for teenagers and adults with Hereditary Angioedema (HAE). It is an extension of a previous study, continuing to monitor participants who have already been taking the drug.
