Effects of Finerenone on Renal Hemodynamics and Oxidative Stress

This study is looking at how a medicine called Kerendia (finerenone) affects the kidneys in people with type 2 diabetes. It aims to see if Kerendia can help improve kidney function by reducing stress on kidney blood vessels, compared to a dummy pill.
