Probiotic Impact on Cognitive Performance, and Metabolic Outcomes in Overweight Young Adults With Impaired Glucose Regulation

This study will look at whether a daily probiotic can help overweight young adults with slightly high blood sugar. We want to see if it improves memory and other brain functions, as well as blood sugar, cholesterol, and general health over 12 weeks.
