Proof of Principle Study for an Efficacy Trial of Linaclotide for Cystic Fibrosis

This study is looking at how a medicine called linaclotide moves through the gut. It's already approved for constipation, and researchers want to see if it could help people with cystic fibrosis. They're using MRI scans in healthy volunteers to understand exactly how it works in the small and large bowel.
