Nordic PREdnisolon for VEstibular NeuriTis Study – an investigator-driven, triple blind, placebo controlled randomized trial

This study is looking at whether a steroid medicine called prednisolone can help people with vestibular neuritis, a common cause of dizziness. Researchers will compare prednisolone with a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it improves dizziness and balance problems.
