Lasofoxifene in combination with abemaciclib clinical trials

Evaluation of Lasofoxifene Combined With Abemaciclib Compared With Fulvestrant Combined With Abemaciclib in Locally Advanced or Metastatic ER+/HER2- Breast Cancer With an ESR1 Mutation

This study compares two treatments for advanced breast cancer. It looks at lasofoxifene with abemaciclib versus fulvestrant with abemaciclib for ER+/HER2- breast cancer that has a specific gene change (ESR1 mutation) and has grown after previous treatment.
