The Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trials Unit (DIAN-TU) Amyloid Removal Trial (ART): A Phase IIIb/IV Open-Label Study of Lecanemab to Evaluate Prevention and Progression of Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer’s Disease
This study looks at a new drug, lecanemab, for people with a rare, inherited form of Alzheimer's disease. It aims to see if the drug can prevent or slow down the disease by checking for changes in the brain and memory over time.

DIAN-TU Amyloid Removal Trial (ART) in Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer's Disease
This study looks at a new drug, lecanemab, to see if it can fully remove amyloid plaques in people with a rare, inherited form of Alzheimer's. It also checks if removing these plaques can slow down how quickly the disease progresses.

AHEAD 3-45 Study: A Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Treatment With Lecanemab in Participants With Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease and Elevated Amyloid and Also in Participants With Early Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease and Intermediate Amyloid
This study is testing a new medicine, lecanemab, for people who have very early signs of Alzheimer's disease but don't yet have memory problems. Researchers want to see if it can slow down changes in the brain and thinking. It compares lecanemab to a dummy medicine.

Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trial: An Opportunity to Prevent Dementia. A Study of Potential Disease Modifying Treatments in Individuals With a Type of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease Caused by a Genetic Mutation (DIAN-TU)
This study is for people with a genetic form of early-onset Alzheimer's to test new medicines (E2814, Lecanemab) to see if they can slow down the disease. Researchers will check if these treatments improve brain markers and thinking skills.

Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trial: An Opportunity to Prevent Dementia. A Study of Potential Disease Modifying Treatments in Individuals at Risk for or With a Type of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease Caused by a Genetic Mutation. Master Protocol DIAN-TU-001
This study is for people at risk for, or with, a specific early-onset Alzheimer's disease caused by a faulty gene. It tests if new medications can slow down memory and thinking problems, or improve markers of the disease, checking their safety and how well people tolerate them.
