Phase I/II multicenter study to assess efficacy and safety of ribociclib (LEE011) in combination with topotecan and temozolomide (TOTEM) in pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma and other solid tumors
This study is looking at a new combination of medicines for children and young people with certain types of cancer that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. It aims to find the right dose and see how well the medicines work and if they are safe.
