A Phase 2a Multicenter, Randomized, Double Blind, Parallel-group, Proof of Concept Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Nipocalimab and Certolizumab Combination Therapy in Subjects with Active Rheumatoid Arthritis despite Prior Treatment with Advanced Therapies (bDMARD or tsDMARD)
This study is looking at a new combination of two medicines, nipocalimab and certolizumab (Cimzia), for adults with rheumatoid arthritis that hasn't improved with other strong treatments. We want to see if this combination helps reduce symptoms and is safe after 12 weeks.

RCT part: CareRA2020: Effectiveness of a combination of Methotrexate and a step down glucocorticoid regimen (COBRA-Slim) for remission induction in patients with early Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), with or without fast access to 24 weeks of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) blockade in insufficient responders, a randomized, multicenter, pragmatic trial. LTE part: CareRA2020 LTE: a 3 year longitudinal observational, multicenter, follow-up of early RA patients after participation in the CareRA2020 RCT.
This study looks at how well a treatment for early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) works over a long time. It compares a standard approach with one that offers quicker access to a stronger medicine for those who aren't improving enough.

A multicenter, randomized, open-label, blinded-assessor, phase 4 study in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis to compare active conventional therapy versus three biologic treatments, and two de-escalation strategies in patients who respond to treatment.
This study looks at different ways to treat early rheumatoid arthritis, comparing standard treatments with newer biologic medicines. It also explores if medicine doses can be lowered for people who are getting better, aiming to find the most effective and safe long-term approaches.
