Lenalidomide Accord 2.5 mg hard capsules clinical trials

A Randomized, Controlled, Open-label, Multicenter, Inferentially Seamless Phase 2/3 Study of Ibrutinib in Combination With Rituximab Versus Physician’s Choice of Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab or Bortezomib Plus Rituximab in Participants with Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

This study looks at new treatments for a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to earlier treatments. We're comparing a drug named Ibrutinib with standard treatments like Lenalidomide or Bortezomib, all given with Rituximab, to see which works best.
