Study of the benefit of lenvatinib treatment in waiting list of liver transplantation after TACE failure in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) : Ta-Len-Tra
This study is looking at how a medicine called lenvatinib helps people with a type of liver cancer who are waiting for a liver transplant after other treatments haven't worked. It checks if taking lenvatinib helps them get to a transplant and how safe it is.

This study is testing a new medicine, JK08, for people with advanced cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It's looking to find the safest dose of JK08, both on its own and with other existing cancer drugs like Keytruda and Lenvima. SOLARIS – A phase-II open-label study of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib in patients with advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma who are refractory to atezolizumab and bevacizumab/ IO-based therapy
This study is for people in the UK with advanced liver cancer that hasn't responded to previous treatments. It's testing if a combination of two existing medicines, LENVIMA and KEYTRUDA, can shrink the cancer. This is a Phase II trial, looking specifically at how many people respond to the new treatment.
