A Phase 2, Randomized, Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Magrolimab in Combination With Bevacizumab and FOLFIRI Versus Bevacizumab and FOLFIRI in Previously Treated Advanced Inoperable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC)
This study looks at a new drug, magrolimab, combined with standard treatments for advanced bowel cancer that has spread and can't be operated on. It aims to see if this new combination is safe and helps people live longer without their cancer getting worse.

This study compares two ways to treat bowel cancer that has spread to the lining of the tummy. It looks at whether adding chemotherapy before surgery helps people live longer compared to surgery alone. The aim is to find the best treatment plan.
