Transversus Abdominis Plane (TAP) Block vs. Laparoscopic Port Site Wound Infiltration in Patients with Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Scheduled Laparoscopic Surgery Included in the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Program

This study compares two ways to help manage pain after keyhole surgery for bowel cancer. It looks at whether injecting pain relief near tummy nerves (TAP block) or around the surgery cuts works best within a special recovery programme.
