Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) Plus Chemotherapy in Participants With Metastatic Esophageal Carcinoma (MK-7902-014/E7080-G000-320/LEAP-014)
This study tested new drug combinations for advanced oesophageal cancer. It looked at pembrolizumab with lenvatinib and chemotherapy, versus pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, to see which worked best and was safest. The study has now stopped, with no safety concerns being the reason.

A Study of Tucatinib With Trastuzumab and mFOLFOX6 Versus Standard of Care Treatment in First-line HER2+ Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study is testing if a new combination of medicines, including tucatinib, works better than current treatments for people with advanced HER2-positive bowel cancer. It also looks at side effects. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or standard care.

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo in Participants With Esophageal Carcinoma Who Are Receiving Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy (MK-3475-975/KEYNOTE-975)
This study looks at a new drug, pembrolizumab, for certain types of oesophageal cancer. It compares giving pembrolizumab alongside standard chemotherapy and radiotherapy with giving a dummy drug (placebo) with the same standard treatment. We want to see if the new drug can help people live longer or prevent the cancer from coming back.
