Pragmatic Randomised Trial of High Or Standard PHosphAte Targets in End-stage Kidney Disease (PHOSPHATE)

This study looks at how different ways of managing high phosphate levels in people with serious kidney failure affect their health. It compares aiming for much lower phosphate levels to accepting slightly higher levels, to see which approach is better for preventing heart problems and improving overall well-being.
