Long-term Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of Iptacopan in C3G or IC-MPGN
This study looks at a new medicine called iptacopan for rare kidney diseases (C3G and IC-MPGN). It checks how well it works and if it's safe over a long time. This is for people who were already in earlier studies of this medicine.

A Rollover Extension Program (REP) to Evaluate the Long-term Safety and Tolerability of Open Label Iptacopan/LNP023 in Participants With Primary IgA Nephropathy
This study looks at the long-term safety and effects of a treatment called iptacopan for primary IgA Nephropathy, a kidney condition. It's for people who have already been in earlier studies for this medication and want to continue receiving it while more information is gathered.
