Long-Term Extension Study (AtDvance) to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of GSK1070806 in Participants with Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis.
This study is looking at a new medicine called GSK1070806 for people with moderate to severe eczema. It's a long-term study to see how safe and effective the medicine is over time, especially how it affects side effects and reduces eczema symptoms.

A Phase 2b, Randomized, Double-Blind, Parallel Group, Placebo Controlled, Dose Finding study to evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of GSK1070806 SC injection in adult participants with Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis
This study is testing a new medicine, GSK1070806, for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). We want to see how well it works, if it's safe, and what dose is best. Participants will get either the new medicine or a dummy medicine by injection.
