Phase-II randomized clinical trial to evaluate the effect of Loratadine associated with Rapamune on Lymphagioleiomyomatosis (LAM).

This study is looking at how a common allergy medicine, loratadine, plus another drug called rapamycin, affects women with a rare lung disease called LAM. Researchers want to see if this combination causes side effects and if it helps keep the disease stable. It's an early-stage study.
