A Phase 1/2, First in Human Study of DCC-3116 as Monotherapy and in Combination With RAS/MAPK Pathway Inhibitors in Patients With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors With RAS/MAPK Pathway Mutations

This study is testing a new medicine, DCC-3116, for people with advanced cancers. It will see how safe it is and how well it works, both on its own and when given with other established cancer drugs. This is an early-stage trial to find the best way to use this new treatment.
