Phase III Study to Assess AZD9833+ CDK4/6 Inhibitor in HR+/HER2-MBC With Detectable ESR1m Before Progression (SERENA-6)
This study is testing a new drug, AZD9833, for advanced breast cancer. It's for people whose cancer has a specific gene change (ESR1 mutation) and are already on certain treatments. Researchers want to see if adding AZD9833 works better than current medicines.

A Comparative Study of AZD9833 Plus Palbociclib Versus Anastrozole Plus Palbociclib in Patients With ER-Positive HER2 Negative Breast Cancer Who Have Not Received Any Systemic Treatment for Advanced Disease
This study compares two drug combinations – camizestrant with palbociclib, and anastrozole with palbociclib – for advanced breast cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has specific hormone features and hasn't yet been treated for its advanced stage. The goal is to find a better first treatment.
