A randomised, multi-centre, intra-patient imaging and dosimetry crossover study of lutetium (177Lu) rhPSMA-10.1 and lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (Pluvicto®) in patients with non-curative metastatic prostate cancer
This study compares two treatments, Lutetium-177 rhPSMA-10.1 and Pluvicto, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. Researchers want to see which treatment delivers more helpful radiation to the cancer and less to healthy body parts like the kidneys.

Anti-tumour Activity of (177Lu) rhPSMA-10.1 Injection
This study is testing a new treatment for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and isn't responding to usual hormone therapy. It's called 177Lu-rhPSMA-10.1 and uses radiation to target cancer cells. We want to see how safe and effective it is.
