This study, called PICASSO, is looking at a new treatment called MaaT013 for advanced melanoma. It aims to see how safe MaaT013 is when given alongside standard cancer drugs and if it can help patients live longer and respond better to treatment.

This study looks at a new treatment called MaaT013 for gut-related GVHD. It's for people whose GVHD hasn't improved with standard medicine (ruxolitinib). Doctors want to see how well MaaT013 works in these patients.
