This study is testing a new medicine, Fipaxalparant, for people with a serious skin condition called diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis. It aims to see if the medicine can improve lung function and other symptoms over about a year.

This study, called CLEARWAY, is comparing two different bowel preparations, Mannitol and Plenvu, used before a colonoscopy. It aims to see if Mannitol is as good as Plenvu at cleaning the bowel, while also checking for any differences in safety and how easy they are for patients to use.
