A Phase 2, Randomized, Open-Label Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Magrolimab in Combination With Bevacizumab and FOLFIRI Versus Bevacizumab and FOLFIRI in Previously Treated Advanced Inoperable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (mCRC)
This study looks at a new drug, magrolimab, combined with standard treatments for advanced bowel cancer that has spread and can't be operated on. It aims to see if this new combination is safe and helps people live longer without their cancer getting worse.

Magrolimab plus intensive chemotherapy in newly diagnosed “ELN intermediate or poor-risk” AML patients intended to undergo allogeneic stem cell transplantation, a Phase 2, Single-arm, Open-Label Study (MAGROLIC)
This study looks at a new drug, Magrolimab, combined with standard chemotherapy for adults with newly diagnosed, higher-risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) who are planning to have a stem cell transplant. It aims to see how well this combination works in getting the disease under control.
