Evaluation of Maralixibat in Pruritus Associated With General Cholestatic Liver Disease (EXPAND)
This study is looking into a new medication, maralixibat, for children and adults with a specific type of chronic liver disease that causes severe itching. It aims to see if maralixibat is safe and effective when other treatments haven't worked.

Maralixibat for Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy
This study is testing a new medicine, Maralixibat, for pregnant people who have Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP). It wants to see if the medicine is safe and helps reduce high bile acid levels during pregnancy. It's a Phase 2 study.
