Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trial: An Opportunity to Prevent Dementia. A Study of Potential Disease Modifying Treatments in Individuals With a Type of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease Caused by a Genetic Mutation (DIAN-TU)
This study is for people with a genetic form of early-onset Alzheimer's to test new medicines (E2814, Lecanemab) to see if they can slow down the disease. Researchers will check if these treatments improve brain markers and thinking skills.

Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trial: An Opportunity to Prevent Dementia. A Study of Potential Disease Modifying Treatments in Individuals at Risk for or With a Type of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease Caused by a Genetic Mutation. Master Protocol DIAN-TU-001
This study is for people at risk for, or with, a specific early-onset Alzheimer's disease caused by a faulty gene. It tests if new medications can slow down memory and thinking problems, or improve markers of the disease, checking their safety and how well people tolerate them.
