This study is looking into a new medication, Aticaprant, for adults with depression who feel little pleasure and whose current treatments aren't working well enough. It aims to see if Aticaprant, taken with their usual antidepressant, can improve their mood and help them feel better.

This study is looking into a new medication, JNJ-67953964, to help stop depression from coming back in people who also feel unable to experience pleasure. It compares this new drug with a dummy pill, alongside standard antidepressant treatment, to see how well it works.
