PROSPECTIVE, PHASE II STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFICACY OF ADDITION OF PROGESTERONE TO STANDARD CHEMOTHERAPY ACCORDING TO EDP SCHEME PLUS MITOTANE IN PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED ADRENAL CORTICAL CARCINOMA - PESETA TRIAL

This study is looking at new ways to treat advanced adrenal cancer. It's comparing standard chemotherapy with a combination that includes progesterone and another drug called mitotane, to see if the new combination works better at shrinking tumours.
