A dose-esalation phase I/II study in patients with RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer to investigate safety and clinical actvitiy of the triple combination of: MEK-inhibitor binimetinib, pan-EGFR inhibitor lapatinib and the microtubule targeting agent (MTA) vinorelbine (RASTRIC)
This study looks at a new combination of three medicines for people in the UK with advanced bowel cancer that has a specific genetic change (RAS mutation). It aims to find a safe dose and see how well the combination shrinks tumours and controls the cancer when other treatments haven't worked.

C4221008 - A Phase 2, Open-label Study of Encorafenib + Binimetinib in Patients with BRAFV600-mutant Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is looking at two drugs, encorafenib and binimetinib, for a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has a specific change called a BRAFV600 mutation. Researchers want to see how well these drugs shrink the cancer.
