Antibiotic treatment following surgical drainage of perianal abscess: a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial

This study looks at whether antibiotics after surgery for a perianal abscess can stop a new problem called a fistula forming within a year. Participants will receive either different antibiotics or a dummy pill (placebo) to see which, if any, helps. It's for adults with a perianal abscess.
