A Study to Determine the Recommended Dose and Schedule, and Evaluate the Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of Mezigdomide in Combination With Elranatamab in Participants With Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This study is for people in the UK with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It's testing a new combination of medicines, mezigdomide and elranatamab, to see if they are safe, what dose works best, and how well they might treat the cancer.

A Study to Evaluate Mezigdomide, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone (MEZIVd) Versus Pomalidomide, Bortezomib and Dexamethasone (PVd) in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM)
This study compares two treatments for multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It looks at a new drug, mezigdomide, combined with standard medicines (bortezomib and dexamethasone), against another combination (pomalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone). The aim is to see which combination is more effective and safe.
