Phase 3 Study of MRTX849 With Cetuximab vs Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer With KRAS G12C Mutation (KRYSTAL-10)

This study, KRYSTAL-10, is for people with advanced bowel cancer that has a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C). It compares a combination of new drugs, MRTX849 and cetuximab, against standard chemotherapy to see which works better for those who have already had initial treatment.
