A Study of Milvexian in Participants After an Acute Ischemic Stroke or High-Risk Transient Ischemic Attack- LIBREXIA-STROKE
This study is looking at a new medicine called milvexian to see if it can help prevent another stroke in people who have recently had a mini-stroke or a type of stroke called an ischemic stroke.

A Study of Milvexian Versus Apixaban in Participants With Atrial Fibrillation
This study is comparing two medicines, milvexian and apixaban, for people with an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation. We want to see if milvexian is just as good as apixaban at stopping serious problems like strokes, which can happen with this condition.
