A Phase 2, Multicenter, Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of MK-1308A (Coformulated MK-1308/MK-3475) in Combination with Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) in First-line Therapy of Participants with Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
This study is looking at new treatments for advanced liver cancer in people who haven't had treatment before. Researchers want to see how safe the new treatment is and if it can help slow down or shrink the cancer. It combines a new medicine called MK-1308A with an existing drug, Lenvatinib.

This study is looking at new treatments for melanoma, a type of skin cancer, that has not responded to previous therapies. Researchers want to see how safe these new treatments are, especially when given with or without a common cancer drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda).

This study, called KEYMAKER-U02, is for adults with advanced melanoma, a type of skin cancer, that has spread to the brain. It's looking at new ways to treat this cancer, sometimes using a drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda) alone, or in combination with other medicines like Lenvatinib or MK-1308A.
