A Phase 1/2 Open-Label Rolling-Arm Umbrella Platform Design of Investigational Agents With or Without Pembrolizumab or Pembrolizuma Alone in Participants With Melanoma (KEYMAKER-U02): Substudy 02B
This study is looking at new treatments for melanoma, a type of skin cancer, that has not responded to previous therapies. Researchers want to see how safe these new treatments are, especially when given with or without a common cancer drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda).

Long-term Safety and Efficacy Extension Study for Participants With Advanced Tumors Who Are Currently on Treatment or in Follow-up in a Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Study (MK-3475-587/KEYNOTE-587)
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a cancer drug called pembrolizumab (and related treatments) for people with advanced cancers. It's for patients who are already receiving these treatments in other studies and want to continue.

A Phase II Clinical Trial to Study the Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and Pembrolizumab in Combination with Other Investigational Agents in Subjects with High-risk Non-muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) Unresponsive to Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Therapy
This study is looking at new treatments for a type of early bladder cancer that hasn't responded to usual therapy. We are testing medicines like pembrolizumab (Keytruda) alone or with other drugs to see if they can help patients whose cancer is considered high-risk.

This study is testing a new combination medicine (MK-4280A) against standard chemotherapy for people with Hodgkin Lymphoma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. We want to see if the new medicine can stop the cancer from growing for longer.

This study is looking at a new combination of medicines for some types of cancer, called MK-4280A and pembrolizumab. It wants to see how well these medicines shrink tumours and if they help people feel better. It's a Phase 2 trial, meaning it's still in earlier stages of testing.

This study is for people in the UK with advanced melanoma, a type of skin cancer. It's testing new ways to treat it, sometimes combined with an existing medicine called Pembrolizumab (Keytruda). The main goals are to see how safe the new treatments are and how well they work.

This study looks at a new drug combination, MK-4280A, for bowel cancer that has spread and has been treated before. It compares this new treatment to standard care to see if it helps people live longer and improves their quality of life.
