- Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
A Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of MK-7684A or MK-7684A Plus Docetaxel Versus Docetaxel Monotherapy in the Treatment of Participants With Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Progressive Disease After Treatment With a Platinum Doublet Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy
This study is testing a new medicine (MK-7684A) alone or with a standard cancer drug (docetaxel) for advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has continued to grow after previous treatments. Researchers want to see if these new treatments can stop the cancer from growing for longer than docetaxel alone.

A Phase II Clinical Trial to Study the Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and Pembrolizumab in Combination with Other Investigational Agents in Subjects with High-risk Non-muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) Unresponsive to Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Therapy
This study is looking at new treatments for a type of early bladder cancer that hasn't responded to usual therapy. We are testing medicines like pembrolizumab (Keytruda) alone or with other drugs to see if they can help patients whose cancer is considered high-risk.

A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-blind, Active-Comparator-Controlled Clinical Study of Adjuvant MK-7684A (Vibostolimab with Pembrolizumab) Versus Adjuvant Pembrolizumab in Participants with High-risk Stage II-IV Melanoma (KEYVIBE-010)
This study looks at a new combination treatment (Vibostolimab with Pembrolizumab) for melanoma skin cancer that has a high chance of coming back. It compares this combination to an existing treatment (Pembrolizumab alone) to see if it can stop the cancer from returning.

Open-label Phase 3 Study of MK-7684A (Coformulation of Vibostolimab with Pembrolizumab) in Combination with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy followed by MK7684A Versus Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy followed by Durvalumab in Participants with Unresectable, Locally Advanced, Stage III NSCLC (KEYVIBE-006)
This study is looking at new ways to treat advanced lung cancer that can't be removed by surgery. It compares a new combination of medicines with a standard treatment, both given with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, to see which works best.
For: Non-small cell lung cancerSpain · Italy · Germany - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
A Randomized, Double-Blind, Phase 3 Study of Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab Coformulation (MK-7684A) in Combination with Chemotherapy Versus Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy as First Line Treatment for Participants with Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (MK-7684A-007/KEYVIBE-007)
This study looks at a new combination of treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It compares a new drug (MK-7684A) plus chemotherapy to an existing drug (pembrolizumab) plus chemotherapy, to see which works better and is safer.

A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind Study of MK-7684 with Pembrolizumab as a Coformulation (MK-7684A) Versus Pembrolizumab Monotherapy as First Line Treatment for Participants With PD-L1 Positive Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (KEYVIBE-003)
This study is looking at a new combination medicine, MK-7684A, compared to an existing treatment, Keytruda, for advanced lung cancer. It aims to see if the new combination can help people live longer when their cancer has a specific marker called PD-L1.

A Multicenter, Open-label, Phase 2 Basket Study of MK‑7684A, a Co formation of Vibostolimab (MK‑7684) With Pembrolizumab (MK‑3475), With or Without Other Anticancer Therapies in Participants With Selected Solid Tumors (KEYVIBE 005)
This study, called KEYVIBE 005, is testing a new combination of medicines (MK-7684A, which includes vibostolimab and pembrolizumab) for people with advanced solid tumours. Researchers want to see how well this new treatment shrinks tumours and stops them from growing, either alone or with other cancer therapies.
