Evaluation of Diffusion Tensor Imaging and High Frequency 3D Endovaginal Ultrasound

This study compares different scans for women with pelvic floor problems. We're looking at a new type of MRI and a special ultrasound to see which one best shows problems with the pelvic floor muscles, especially after childbirth, to help improve diagnosis.
