Treatment of refractory Crohn's disease lesions by local injection of mesenchymal stem cells
This study is testing a new treatment using special cells called mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for people with Crohn's disease whose usual treatments haven't fully worked. Doctors will carefully inject these cells into affected areas to see if they help heal the problem and if the treatment is safe.

Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells as local treatment of ulcerative colitis
This study is looking at a new way to treat ulcerative colitis using special cells from fat tissue. Doctors want to see if injecting these cells into the inflamed area can help calm down the gut and reduce symptoms. It's an early-stage study to check safety and how well it works.

Allogeneic adipose tissue-derived Mesenchymal stromal cells for the treatment of chronic-active antibody mediated rejection in Kidney transplant recipients
This study is testing a new treatment for kidney transplant rejection. It uses special cells from body fat to see if they are safe and can help kidneys work better after a transplant, aiming to reduce rejection and improve long-term kidney health.
