Myalepta 5.8 mg powder for solution for injection clinical trials

Open-label, Phase 3b study to evaluate effectiveness, safety and pharmacokinetic parameters of metreleptin in patients under 6 years of age with generalised lipodystrophy and associated diabetes mellitus and/or hypertriglyceridaemia

This study looks at a medicine called Myalepta for children under 6 with a rare condition called generalised lipodystrophy. We want to see how well it helps control blood sugar and fat levels, and if it's safe to use in these young children.
