Applying Mysimba in patients with weight regain after bariatric surgery
This study looks at whether a medication called Mysimba, combined with usual healthy lifestyle advice, can help people who have put some weight back on after weight-loss surgery. It compares this combination to just the healthy lifestyle advice alone, to see if it helps achieve further weight loss.

Effect of Mediterranean diet combined with intermittent fasting on liver fibrosis compared to naltrexone/bupropion (Mysimba) in people with cardiometabolic risk factors
This study looks at how a Mediterranean diet with intermittent fasting compares to a medicine called Mysimba for improving liver health in people with obesity or weight-related health issues. Researchers will check liver stiffness over six months.
For: People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or more (obese) · or 27 kg/m2 to 30 kg/m2 in the presence of one or more weight-related comorbidities (e.g. type 2 diabetes · dislipidaemia or regulated hypertension)Netherlands
