MiBlock - Botulinum toxin type A blockade of the sphenopalatine ganglion in treatment-refractory chronic migraine
This study, called MiBlock, is looking into a new way to treat chronic migraine using an injection near a nerve in the face. It aims to see if this treatment can reduce the number of headache days compared to a dummy treatment, for people whose migraines haven't responded to other treatments.

A randomized placebo-controlled double-blind trial phase II two-arm study to investigate infarct growth over 72 hours assessed with diffusion weighted imaging on MRI after treatment with intravenous tocilizumab or placebo in patients above 18 years of age with acute ischemic stroke undergoing endovascular thrombectomy.
This study looks at a new treatment called tocilizumab for people who have had a severe stroke. Researchers want to see if this medicine can help limit the size of the stroke damage in the brain. It's compared to a dummy treatment to see if it works.
