A phase 2, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate safety and local tolerability of four weekly administrations of A24110He in subjects with elevated triglyceride plasma concentrations
This study is testing a new medicine called A24110He for people with very high levels of a type of fat (triglycerides) in their blood. We want to see if it's safe and how the body handles it. Participants will receive either the new medicine or a dummy treatment (placebo).

A Phase 1b, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Randomised Trial Investigating the Effect of AZD3427 on Renal Perfusion in HFrEF Patients With Renal Impairment Using Positron Emission Tomography (PET)
This study is looking at a new medicine called AZD3427 for people with heart failure and kidney problems. It uses special scans to see if the medicine improves blood flow in the kidneys over 8 days. Doctors want to know if it's safe and how well it helps.
