Methadone versus fentanil and oxycodone for post-operative pain reduction in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting and/or valve surgery – a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized clinical trial
This study looks at different pain medicines (methadone, fentanyl, and oxycodone) after heart surgery. It wants to find out which one best reduces pain and limits the amount of strong pain relief needed, aiming for fewer problems and a better recovery for patients.

Comparison of cocaine, lidocaine/xylometazoline and saline for intranasal analgesia - A blinded triple crossover study
This study is comparing different medicines (cocaine, a mix of lidocaine and xylometazoline, and salt water) given inside the nose to help reduce discomfort during a medical procedure where a breathing tube is put through the nose. It's looking at how much pain people feel.
