Study of Oral Navitoclax Tablet in Combination With Oral Ruxolitinib Tablet Versus Best Available Therapy to Assess Change in Spleen Volume in Adult Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Myelofibrosis
This study looks at a new drug, navitoclax, combined with ruxolitinib, or navitoclax alone, for adults with myelofibrosis whose previous treatment didn't work. It compares these to standard care to see how they affect spleen size and safety.
