A Study of Zilovertamab Vedotin (MK-2140) as Monotherapy and in Combination in Participants With Aggressive and Indolent B-cell Malignancies (MK-2140-006)
This study looks at new treatments, zilovertamab vedotin alone or with nemtabrutinib, for certain B-cell lymphomas like Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Follicular Lymphoma, and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. It checks how safe and effective these treatments are for people whose cancer has returned or didn’t respond to previous therapies.

This study compares a new medicine called nemtabrutinib with existing treatments (ibrutinib or acalabrutinib) for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who haven't had treatment before. The aim is to see if the new drug is as good or better.

A Study of Nemtabrutinib Plus Venetoclax vs Venetoclax + Rituximab (VR) in Second-line (2L) + Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (CLL/SLL) (MK-1026-010/BELLWAVE-010).
This study is looking at a new combination of treatments for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It compares a new drug called Nemtabrutinib with Venetoclax against a standard treatment, to see if the new combination is better at stopping the cancer from growing.
